A few things to know about Brightline:
IN-NETWORK: We are in-network with many major health plans and employers (and if we’re out-of-network, we’ll help you request reimbursement).
VIRTUAL: Live video visits are available M–F, 9am–5pm local time.
LIVE SESSIONS: Coaching sessions are 30 minutes, therapy sessions are 55 minutes.

EXPERTS: Our therapists and psychiatrists are licensed mental health experts. And our behavioral health coaches hold a master’s degree in a psychology-related field or a bachelor’s degree with a certification in coaching.
Brightline is also the home of BrightLife Kids, a CalHOPE program by Brightline.

If you live in California, you have access to the BrightLife Kids program at no cost to you! This program is paid for by the State of California. It serves every family in California with kids ages 0–12 with virtual behavioral health coaching, 24/7 secure messaging, and an on-demand library of helpful articles and videos.
